Sizing is not universal across our range: different designs are printed on different garment styles, so a size M in one product will not always match a size M in another. The sizes listed above are the sizes available for this specific item.

The most reliable way to choose is to measure a t-shirt you already own and like the fit of — width across the chest, and length from shoulder to hem — and match those numbers. Our Size Guide shows you how.

Regular fit follows the body with normal room. Oversized fit is cut wider and longer on purpose. If you are between sizes, or you want a relaxed look, size up.

Made to order. Most VAZIMOON pieces are produced after you order, so there are two separate stages: production, then transit.

Production: approximately 2–7 business days. This can vary with the product, the print provider, stock and order volume, and the season.

Transit after fulfilment: United States standard is commonly around 2–5 business days. International standard commonly takes around 10–30 business days depending on destination and fulfilment partner.

All dates are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking is emailed as soon as it is available.

Orders with several products may be produced by different fulfilment partners and can therefore arrive in separate packages, at different times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total.

Because items are made to order, we do not run a general change-of-mind returns programme. What we always take care of is anything that is our fault.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items — contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrived damaged
• The print or embroidery is defective
• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size or colour compared to your order

Email support@vazimoon.com with your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos where relevant. We will confirm the next step and arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not ship anything back before we reply — returns are only accepted to an address we give you in writing.

Lost or missing shipments. If your order has not arrived or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-shipment timing is handled separately from damaged-item claims. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, contact us anyway; we will tell you what is possible for that specific product, though a made-to-order item cannot always be exchanged.

Printed and embroidered garments last far longer with a little care.

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent; no bleach and no fabric softener on the print
• Wash with similar colours
• Tumble dry low, or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery — iron inside out
• Do not dry clean

Always follow the care label on the garment itself if it differs from the above.
